At Seventh Industries, we believe printing is more than a process—it’s how we bring your brand to life.

Flock screen printing

Flock screen printing is a distinct technique renowned for producing a raised, smooth, and velvety texture on textiles. It predominantly utilizes synthetic fibers like cotton, rayon, and polyester as its foundation. The procedure involves first applying a unique adhesive to the intended area, upon which the flock fibers are meticulously layered.

For achieving diverse colors, a pre-dyed flock serves as the initial base, subsequently layered over the adhesive via a screen. This approach yields a lavish, soft, and tactile finish, making it a favored option for high-end sportswear and bespoke designs. At Seventh Industries, we guarantee that each flock print exhibits exceptional durability, crisp detailing, and a luxurious tactile quality, consistently fulfilling the demands of international sports brands.

Pigment screen printing

Pigment screen printing often referred to as water-based screen printing, is a technique akin to discharge screen printing, but it employs water-based pigments rather than Plastisol-based inks. This method is predominantly applied to white and light-colored fabrics, delivering a soft touch and vivid, enduring prints.

At Seventh Industries, we opt for premium water-based inks to produce eco-conscious, breathable, and robust designs, ensuring our sportswear is both comfortable to wear and visually impressive.

Discharge screen printing

Discharge screen printing employs the identical machinery process as conventional screen printing, yet it utilizes specialized discharge inks. These inks work by stripping away the fabric’s original dye and simultaneously replacing it with the chosen color, which results in a soft-touch finish that integrates flawlessly with the textile. This technique is particularly well-suited for dark-colored apparel, providing a smooth, breathable sensation comparable to water-based printing. Discharge ink can be applied independently or as a foundational layer for other inks, thereby amplifying print vibrancy and longevity.

Digital printing

Digital Printing holds a pivotal position in sports apparel manufacturing, offering an efficient, economical, and superior quality approach for crafting customized sportswear tailored for individual athletes, teams, and clubs. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, digital printing directly transfers designs from computer files onto fabric, substantially cutting down print expenses and production durations. Numerous prominent brands depend on this technique to emblazon high-resolution imagery, yielding lightweight, breathable, and resilient garments capable of enduring strenuous physical exertion.

At Seventh Industries, we present a refined alternative to conventional sticker heat transfer printing. Diverging from traditional heat transfer methodologies, our digital printing guarantees enhanced durability, a diminished removal rate, and a more dependable, enduring finish. While it produces a visual effect akin to a sticker, it delivers a permanent, high-definition print, rendering it perfectly suited for lifelike images, elaborate designs, and intricate graphics on sportswear.

Puff printing

Puff printing is a distinctive screen-printing method that imparts a raised, textured dimension to T-shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets, lending them a unique vintage aesthetic. This technique employs specialized puff inks that expand when exposed to heat, thereby generating a characteristic 3D effect on the fabric.

The process entails applying a substantial quantity of ink onto the garment, subsequently followed by heat application to activate the expansion. Depending on the design, certain prints necessitate pure puff ink, while others incorporate Plastisol additives for amplified sheen and resilience. Although puff prints possess a raised appearance, they are predominantly composed of air pockets, rendering excessive puffing susceptible to cracking over time.

Glow-in-the-dark printing

Glow-in-the-dark printing adheres to the identical process as traditional screen printing, with the crucial distinction being the incorporation of specialized neon inks that emit a radiant glow in diminished lighting. These inks are frequently utilized to accentuate images and designs, forging a dramatic, attention-grabbing impact.

For optimal outcomes, glow-in-the-dark prints perform exceptionally on darker fabrics, intensifying the luminous effect and making designs truly pop. This technique is ideally suited for unconventional, fashionable apparel or themed clothing collections, given that the glow effect is most pronounced at night when subjected to complete darkness.

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing stands as a versatile and efficient method for imprinting T-shirts, sports apparel, uniforms, and various other garments.1 This technique is perfectly suited for sportswear, as it yields high-quality prints that resist fading or peeling, thereby guaranteeing enduring durability even with regular wear.

The process involves transferring the design onto a specialized film, which is subsequently exposed to a light source, developed, and then directly affixed to the fabric. DTF printing surpasses many conventional methods in speed and efficiency, positioning it as the preferred choice for time-critical print tasks.

Beyond its swiftness, DTF printing significantly improves consistency, visibility, and durability, ensuring that every print retains crisp detail and vibrant hues. At Seventh Industries, we leverage cutting-edge DTF technology to deliver sportswear prints of exceptional quality that are built to last.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing represents one of the most efficient and high-quality printing methodologies, extensively deployed in industrial contexts. While it delivers exceptional detail and vivid colors, it typically entails a higher minimum order quantity owing to its production expenditures.

At Seventh Industries, we are dedicated to furnishing premium DTG printing services, thereby rendering high-quality printing more attainable for apparel brands. Our objective is to equip brands with state-of-the-art DTG technology, ensuring superior durability, color accuracy, and enduring prints that elevate their clothing collections.
